Hello! This week the Lawn Fawn Design Team is collaborating with Scrapbook Adhesives. Today I have a project to share with you that uses some of Scrapbook Adhesives awesome products that they were so generous to send. I created this fun Halloween lantern using the leafy tree backdrop and some fun colored vellum.
I colored the vellum with alcohol inks and die cut the vertical leafy backdrop from the lantern body. I also layered the stitched tree border behind the vellum so that it looks more faded in the background and it also stays hidden until there is a light put in the lantern.
I also created a video showing how I made this spooky lantern. You can check it out on the Lawn Fawn Blog on my YouTube channel or below.
Thanks so much for stopping by today.
