Mixing Watercolor Mediums

Hello Friends!

Today’s card is a little different for me. I wanted to play with some coloring mediums on my desk that I do not normally reach for. The result was fun playtime and a colorful card to send to a friend.

I played with my Karin Brushmarkers to create the rainbow watercolor frame. For my images and cloudy background, I used a few Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Pencil colors. The ground is regular distress ink plus water to finish off the inky watercolor look.
