Hello! Today is the last day of Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week. We are featuring the set For You, Deer which is super cut with the little bums for the animals and you can make fun bookmarks or tags with this set and the coordinating dies.
I created a little pocket to tuck my bookmark into and put that on the front of my card. I used some thin foam adhesive to create the pocket so there was plenty of room for my bookmark to slide in and out because it is made up of 4 layers of paper.
I thought it would be fun to use this set to make a birthday card. I used Happy Happy Happy for the sentiment. The “happy” is white embossed on Mermaid cardstock and die cut while the “birthday” is white embossed on a die cut banner in peacock cardstock.
My little bookmark is double sided with two layers of the pattern paper and the back side of course has the bear’s cut little backside. 🙂
