Lawn Fawn May Inspiration Week: Stitched Party Banners + Louie’s ABCs

Hello!

Lawn Fawn Inspiration week continues today with some awesome new stand alone dies.  Today we are featuring the Stitched Party Banner and Louie’s ABCs dies.  The idea of these dies were something we talked about at CHA this past winter so I’m super excited to see them come to life.  I can’t wait to cut a cute banner to hang over my craft desk.  Eek!
I used them to create some party decor and a matching card.

I used both sizes of the Stitched Party Banners along with Hello Sunshine papers to create my flag decorations.

For the larger flag I used Louie’s ABCs dies along with another new set Clark’s ABCs to create the sentiment.  I used the negative left over from cutting the middle size of the Stitched Scalloped Dies to create the water and used Float My Boat  and the matching dies to set my scene.

For the smaller flag I used the stitched circle included in the Stitched Party Banner dies along with the Spring Showers clouds.

To create the card I cut two of the larger banners and folded the top of the back piece. I adhered the two pieces together above the fold.  The moon is cut using the Love You S’more dies and the tiny banners are cut with the 3×4 Stitched Journaling card set. I finished off the card by threading Lawn trimmings twine in Lemon, Sky and Cloudy through the holds at the top and tying a knot on each side.
