Lawn Fawn May Inspiration & Release Week: Sunrise Backdrop + Palm Tree Border + Sandy Accents

Hello! Tomorrow is Release day for the new Summer products! But for today I have a few fun cards to share using some of the new die sets from this release.
First up I have a card with the Sunrise Backdrop die. I did an inlay technique on this card.  I stamped colored cardstock with the gingham backdrop in matching inks to create a tone on tone pattern then die cut the in-between pieces for the rays and dropped them in making a rainbow sunrise.
I also die cut a stitched circle and cut it off to make the sun and added the new scripty hello border die in black over top for the sentiment.  I finished it off with some clear sequins for embellishment.
My second card today pairs one of my favorite older sets, Ahoy Matey, with the new Palm Tree Border die and the Sandy Beach Accents.  I thought the palm trees would be perfect to set the scene of for my treasure island and the Sandy Beach accents work so perfectly for tucking the treasure into the sand.
Be sure to check out the intro videos for  and the to get a look at how these cards came together. Also, check out the for more inspiration.
