Hi Friends!
Today for Lawn Fawn Release week it is all about pumpkins! The new Tiny Gift Box Jack-O’-Lantern Add-on and the new Pumpkin Wagon die.
First up I have used the new Jack-O’-Lantern box die to make a card! I paired this cute square pumpkin with the new Full Moon dies to create a spooky full moon over the pumpkin patch. I cut the moon out from a piece of Bristol cardstock to get the fun outside stitching detail around the moon. Then I was able to ink the moon and the sky separately.
I used Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers, and Uncharted Mariner distress oxides for the sky with some black and white splatters and I inked just the outside edges of the moon with Squeezed Lemonade distress oxide. The cute bat with the wiggle eyes is from the Full Moon die set as well.
For my second card, I created some tone-on-tone gingham by stamping the Gingham Backdrops in ink colors that coordinated with my cardstock colors. This is what I used for all my pumpkins so they had a subtle pattern paper look. For the background I used the new birch tree stencil with Manatee ink for a fun subtle grey forest. The sentiment is from Simply Fall Sentiments and the solid leaves are from Happy Harvest.
You can see both of these cards as part of the intro videos on the Lawn Fawn blog or YouTube channel. Thanks so much for stopping by today!
