Hi Everyone!
I hope you all enjoyed A Blog Named Hero‘s Celebration week as much as I did! There were some fabulous cards from some amazing designers, what a great week of inspiration! Today the challenges begin so now everyone gets to join in the fun and I’m so honored to be guest designing for the inaugural challenge. We are still playing favorites for this first challenge so I hope you all bring out your favorite goodies and techniques and join us!
One of my favorite things to do is color, so I created a card featuring some yummy Copic colored apples!
The apple stamp is from a mini Hero Arts set called Designer Fruit. I colored each one with Copics then gave them all a hefty coating of glossy accents to make them shiny. The envelope pattern background is stamped using soft sand shadow ink (I think I just might be in love with this ink, oh and the background stamp too) and the sentiment is white embossed on black card stock for a chalkboard kind of look.
The challenge is sponsored by Simon Says Stamp and there is a $25 gift certificate as a prize. Be sure to visit A Blog Named Hero for more inspiration and all the challenge details.
