Double Interactive Halloween Card

Hi Friends!

Today I have a fun double interactive Halloween card to share! I took the Ta-Da! Diorama! and added a second interactive element to it! It was actually pretty easy to do and I think just adds an extra surprise to the card.

I do love making Halloween cards. I think it is all the fun colors and images you get to use. I started my Ta-Da! Diorama! with some trick-or-treaters entering through the spooky gate. I decorated the frame of the diorama with stenciled brick and added the spooky gate along with some sparkly bats and a spiderweb from the Build-A-House Halloween Add-0n. And of course, I had to have a jack-o-lantern at the gate to greet them. I did one-layer stamping for my trick-or-treaters and masked them to ink blend the blue sky.

As the trick-or-treaters enter the gate, that’s when you pull the front panels of the diorama open to reveal the scene inside. I used stamps from Spooky Village for my interior scene since these are smaller images it worked perfectly to create perspective of a scene off in the distance, through the gate!

But I have one more surprise hiding inside, the moon! When you pull the tab sticking out the top the moon rises up from behind the tree and graveyard on the hill. I just think this was such a fun element to add. And it was pretty easy to create as well!

Here is another look at the card in the flat, closed position, and then you pull it open to reveal the spooky scene inside.
