Today is the next installment of Young Crafters Unite! Challenge #2 – Create an Envelope to Match!
I like this challenge because I typically always try and decorate my envelopes to go with my cards (although I tend do the envelopes later). Decorating the envelope gives your card a lovely little home to live in don’t you think? Here is my project for this challenge.
I created the card using distress inks to make the fall inspired gradient, then I used the same gradient idea on the envelope but this time with stamping. I usually keep my envelope designs simple by creating them using only stamped images and colors of ink. It can be challenging but has a nice effect. Now, I can’t wait to see how all of you create your envelopes to match!
