Hello!
Today I have a fun card to share that is actually a remake of a card I made 8 years ago! I had a friend ask about this older design of mine and it was fun to revisit a card from so long ago with new products in hand and newer techniques under my belt.
I blended the night sky with distress oxide inks in wilted violet, blueprint sketch, chipped sapphire and a little bit of black soot. The stars are created with flecks of gold metallic watercolors.
The main images come from Lawn Fawn’s Cozy Christmas set, which is actually one of the very first Lawn Fawn stamp sets I ever purchased. I used the glass of milk and altered him to change him into a marshmallow.
The custom sentiment is stamped with Smitty’s ABCs. I white embossed it on the letter on the front and simply stamped the second half of the sentiment on the inside with black licorice ink. You can see just how I created this card in the video tutorial below or HERE on my YouTube channel.
