Hello Friends, I hope you are having a nice weekend so far. Today I want to share a card I made for my boss who is retiring at the end of this month.
This card also goes along with this weeks Lawnscaping Challenge, to stamp a scene. I haven’t played along with Lawnscaping in a couple weeks so I really wanted to break that streak! 🙂
I hand drew the chair and table for my dog to sit on. To make the TV patterned rather than solid I clear embossed the image on the patterned paper then went over it with a black marker. I cut it out so that it was outlined in black. The martini glass is from a paper punch and I just drew in the black lines by hand to make it match the rest of the scene.
Thanks for stopping by today! Lawn Fawn inspiration week starts today with the big giveaway post, comment on the blog to win 4 new sets (Claire’s ABCs, Flutter by, Stay Tuned & Handmade with Love) and come back tomorrow for our first day of inspiration week projects!

Chari. have you ever thought about designing stamps? You should! Seriously, girl, I can't believe you drew all that, especially the chair! As soon as I saw it, I thought, "I hope she lists that stamp set in the credits!" And then I read that you drew it by hand? Love how you did the tv too. Adorable scene.
I guess I should add, thanks for playing with us at Lawnscaping! ;o)
