I’m back to share some more projects with the June Studio Calico kits Hello, Hello and Ciao. My first card is a sweet baby card made with the Ciao Add-on kit.
I picked some papers that work well together for a softer colored card and layered them together. I inked the edges of the yellow and pink papers with distress inks to define the edges more. I stamped the giraffe in Color Theory Orange County Ink and the sentiment in Clean Slate.
I added Mister Huey’s Opaque White splatters to the aqua star background and embellished it with pieces from the kit. I added a little glitter to the spots on the giraffe with Clear Wink of Stella glitter brush.
I think the little animals in the Ciao Add-on kit are just too cute. I used the stamps and matching Animals craft dies to cut out the little turtle stamped in Hero Arts Green Hills Shadow ink and the alligator stamped in Color Theory Yes Peas ink.
I used the buttons and thread from the main card kit to finish off this card. Thanks for stopping by today! All the kits will be available for purchase tonight at midnight EST.
