Hello Friends!
Today I have another beach card to share using the Everything’s Beachy set from Ellen Hutson. I tried my hand at a little watercoloring and did some colored pencil coloring as well.
I used distress inks to create my watercolor sky and sand. For the sand I layered a couple different colors and for the sky I used distress ink and white watercolor paint to create subtle clouds.
The surfboards are stamped on kraft cardstock in brown ink and then I picked out a rainbow of colored pencils to do my coloring. I fussy cut the boards rather than using the dies so they had a nice space between them for the watercolor to show through.
