Neat & Tangled 5th Birthday Blog Hop

Hello! I’m very excited to be part of the Neat & Tangled 5th Birthday Celebration Blog Hop today! You should have arrived from the blog of my dear friend Jenn Shurkus! I have two cards to share today. I made both cards using new products that are available starting today!

For my first card I used the new Balloons Duo Stencils with Wilted Violet, Peacock Feathers, Twisted Citron & Mustard Seed distress inks to create the background.

I also used distress ink in Picked Raspberry and Spiced Marmalade to color the Hooray outline cut with the Hooray Word dies. I stacked 3 of the die cut sentiments together then added some clear Spectrum Noir sparkle overlay to give it a little shine. I finished it off with a few new Like Magic sequins.

On my second card I used the Balloon Duo stencils again with Spun Sugar then stamped All The Sprinkles over the balloons with Worn Lipstick distress oxide ink.

The cute little giraffe and monkey from Wild Ones are colored using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and the sentiment is a combination of stamps from Hooray and Wild Ones sets.

I am the last stop on the hop today but there is a whole week of birthday blog hopping to be done!
