Hello! Today I have a video tutorial showing how I created the big magnified Ladybug in the big magnifying glass on this Magic Iris Birthday card.
I covered the Magic Iris ring with the big leaf from Hey Lady and stamped it on the petals of the iris as well to create the looks of the leaves opening to reveal the big ladybug inside.
I used the Largest Stitched Balloon frame to make my big magnifying glass and the ladybug inside is created with the Tiny Gift Box Ladybug Add-on dies.

Chari, your cards are always fantastic!!! Thanks for sharing on how to place the sausage pieces in the closed position to get a nice tight fit. I wondered how that was achieved as some of the other makers had gaps in their iris. I also like the hint of finding the location for stamped images on the sausage fronts and using the negative space template. Can’t wait to start playing with my iris die set. The possibilities are endless….I think everyone will be receiving some version of an iris card this year!!!
