Today for Lawn Fawn Release week we are sharing a new super cool Magic Color Slider die set. I have never made a magic color slider card because to be honest it seems more complicated than I wanted to figure out. But this new die set makes it super easy to make one.
I dressed up the frame the kraft frame by stamping the Woodgrain Backdrop in doe and inked the edges with tea dye distress ink. Rather than creating a scene that just colored in when you pulled the slider I decided to reveal more of the scene as well. So I only stamped the ground and trees on my acetate and stamped the crab & hammock on the background only.
I added some shells to the watercolor wishes background with Moonstone ink for a subtle tone on tone look. I also added a few to the frame to dress it up a little. The new push here set is perfect to stamp on the pull tab.
So fun to see this card in action and I just love how easy this new die set makes it to create a Magic Color Slider. Be sure to check out Kelly’s Video on the Lawn Fawn Blog showing just how to assemble the pieces of this die set to create your magic slider cards.
