Lawn Fawn September Release Week: Fall Leaves Background Stencil + Stencil Pastes

Hello! Today for Lawn Fawn Inspiration week we are introducing the new Fall Leaves Background Stencils and NEW STENCIL PASTES! I have LOTS of cards to share today. First up let me introduce you to my new favorite stencil.

I used a variety of fall colored inks to create this bright and happy background using the new Fall Leaves Background stencils. I requested a fall leaves stencil and I’m so happy it became a reality. This is a perfect background for the Giant Thank You die cut sentiment. Now for some stencil paste cards…

First up is the super fun glow in the dark paste! I used it through the starry sky stencil to make a starry sky and also over top of the sentiment die cut into a full moon.

Next up I created a stripe background with the gold and pearl stencil pastes on kraft paper. For the wreath I cut the Magic Iris Fall Leaves Add-on from canned pumpkin cardstock and then colored overtop with colored pencils. The sentiment is from the new Scripty Autumn Sentiments.

For a different twist on the Thank you card at the beginning of this post I used oxide inks on kraft to color my leaves. Then I went back over with the gold past to add gold highlights to just parts of the images. I really like how the gold is subtle until the light hits it just the right way then you see the shine.

I created 7 cards as part of the Stencil Paste Intro video. I will share the holiday themed cards I created on Thursday.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
