Today is my final post for Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week. Today we are featuring the set Milk & Cookies. I just love this set so much…it makes me happy. Milk & Cookies were the theme if you would call it that, for my wedding. We had milk and cookies on our invitations. Matt + Chari = Milk + Cookie 🙂 I shared these cards a couple months ago during sneak peek week.
For this card I used one of my favorite color schemes, chocolate browns and light blue. I used the circles and scalloped circle stackables to make my frame and used the banner from the 3×4 stitched journaling card to tuck behind it.
I love that you can add the little smiles to the images of this set, or leave them just as they are.
For my second card I used the hippo polka dot notecard as my base and cut a vellum panel to go on top. I used the frame from the Sweater Weather set and copic colored the little milk and cookie.
I used the vellum because I thought it would help the sentiment stand out against the darker background of the card base.
