Hello friends! I’m back with another post for September Inspiration Week with Lawn Fawn. Today we are featuring the new set Ready, Set, Snow. This set is great on it’s own or there is a shaker add-on die set that let’s you easily make some snowglobe shaker cards.
I actually made this card before I had the coordinating dies so I cut this shaker card by hand. Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn blog or YouTube channel. I am sure Kelly has a video showing exactly how to use the shaker add-on dies. I colored the scene inside my snow globe with colored pencils. I heat embossed the base of the globe and the sentiment and fussy cut them. I had the wood pieces left from another project. You can read about how I made those in this post.
I used clear beads for my shaker because I thought it would look like snow but not cover up the small images too much. And I finished it off with some peppermint twine. I like how the sentiment is incorporated into the image of the card.
Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more on this stamp set and coordinating dies. Thanks for stopping by!

This is really beautiful. I love the gold embossed 'label' below the snow globe! A nice touch!
I love this! I noticed on the woodgrain base, it has planks. How did you do that? I would love to know your secret.

Wow there are so many aspects of your card that I love. However, i first need to say, your fussy cutting is amazing! I would have never known had you not said anything!
I love the beads you used for snow, the sky back ground you created is amazing and the embossing was the perfect touch. Thank you for your inspiration!
