Lawn Fawn May Inspiration Week: A Good Apple

I’m back for another day of Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week, today we are featuring A Good Apple.  This is a fun teacher themed set with a chalkboard and lots of fun little elements.  My project is a card with a removable magnet, a nice idea for a teacher gift.

I attached the chalkboard element with some glue dots that I “unstickied” a bit by picking up fuzz from my clothes so that they were more temporary.

I white embossed the sentiment on black cardstock then adhered to the back of the board frame.  I adhered the elements on with thin foam adhesive and embellished the apple with glossy accents.

The blackboard fits perfectly on the back of a magnetic business card.  I have a pack that have an adhesive side on them so I just peeled of the sticker and ta-da!

Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn Blog to see other project with A Good Apple and for a giveaway of this set.

  1. This is so super fun! I love the way you made your card into something more permanent! After the thoughtfulness and energy you spent on creating it, now it's something that can be enjoyed for a very long time! TFS!
