Lawn Fawn March Inspiration Week: Stripey Backdrop & Flower Border Die

Hello!
It’s the last day of Inspiration week and today we are featuring the Flower Border die and Stripey Backdrop die.

I cut the Stripey Background from white cardstock then I lined up the stitched border dies with the stripes and ran it through again to get the stitching details.  I layered the background over a piece of cardstock blended with Picked Raspberries, Worn Lipstick and Tattered Rose distress ink.

For the sentiment I used the Scripty Mom die along with a stamp from So Much To Say.  I added glitter to the mom die cut and finished it off with a frame cut with the largest stitched rectangle frame die.

My second card is colored completely with distress ink blended onto watercolor cardstock. I used Victorian Velvet, Shaded Lilac and Tumbled Glass. The flowers are colored with Worn Lipstick, Wilted Violet and Scattered Straw. I used Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn for the stems and the ground.

The sentiment is from So Much to Say and I added a few dots with white gel pen in the sky for more detail.

Visit the today for more projects with these fun products!
