Lawn Fawn March Inspiration Week: Fly High

Hi Friends! It’s Lawn Fawn March Inspiration Week and today we are featuring the new hot air balloon set Fly High. I love this set, it reminds me of the older Blue Skies set with those awesome hot air balloons.

I created a fun Pull n’ Pop pull tab card with this set, and paired it with Tiny Friends. I think it is so great that you can use other stamps to fill the basket and really customize your card. I used distress oxides to create my sunset sky. I used saltwater taffy, abandoned coral, and seedless preserves.  Then I cut the background with the new Dotted Moon and Stars Backdrop: Landscape. I thought this was a fun way to create a sunset to night sky especially with the yellow glitter cardstock layered behind.

This is a Pull n Pop card so I cut the slots in my background before layering it over the glitter paper and made sure to ink blend the pull tab to match the sky. I used ink blended mountains to cover the bottom of the tab. I used Peacock Feathers and Uncharted Mariner for the mountains and some cilantro cardstock with a bit of Lucky clover distress oxide in along the top for the grass.
