Hello Friends!
I’m back with another post for March inspiration week, today we are featuring the new Scripty Hugs die and cupcake wrappers. For today’s post I created a card with the scripty hugs die.
I created a sun setting background with distress inks on watercolor paper. I used tattered rose, cracked pistachio and peacock feathers to create the sky and dusty concord and chipped sapphire for the ground. I also used distress inks to color a piece of watercolor paper before die cutting the scripty hugs. I used spun sugar, worn lipstick and abandoned coral to color the hugs.
I used Harold’s ABCs to finish off my custom sentiment. I also die cut five more hugs from white card stock then layered them behind the colored hugs to create a thick embellishment. I colored the bear from Love you S’more with copics and used the coordinating dies to cut him out and popped him up with foam squares. I stamped the stars with gold delicata ink and added a layer of clear wink of stella glitter to the hugs and the purple ground for extra shine. The background paper is from the Pint-sized patterns Beachside collection with the edges inked with abandoned coral distress ink.
Check out the for projects with scripty hugs and the new cupcake wrappers also there is a giveaway as well!
