It’s Lawn Fawn June Inspiration Week! Today we are featuring projects with Let’s BBQ one of the new stamp sets from the last release. I love this set! I think it is perfect for masculine cards which are sometimes hard to do but nothing says manly more than a BBQ right?
For my card I created a little scene with the grill and a steak. I colored my images with copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I used a stitched rectangle die to create my scene along with the grassy border die and stitched hillside border die.
To add a little more interest than just matting my scene on a grey card I cut the inside of the grey out so that it created a frame and I popped the frame up and let the interior rectangle inlay inside it. Before assembling my card I stamped the grilling utensils around the frame in Hippo ink. I added some white faux stitching and some silver stickles glitter for some finishing touches.
