Lawn Fawn June Inspiration Week: Flower Power Dies

Hello, hello!
Today for Inspiration week we are featuring the new Flower Power dies. I used them to cut out some pattern paper flowers to create today’s card.

I cut my flowers from various Let’s Polka papers and used coordinating distress inks to ink the edges of the petals and leaves to help them stand out from the background. I cut a scalloped rectangle from Perfectly Plaid paper and added a Mermaid cardstock frame over top of.  I used buttons for the flower centers to add sort of hand sewn look to the card with all the bright patterns.

For the sentiment I stacked a few scripty hugs die cuts to give it some more dimension and added a layer of glitter as well.  Be sure and check out the for more Flower Power!

  1. Oh Chari this is C.U.T.E. !!! Its not very often that I am able to make a 'no stamp' card (as I don't have enough dies to make too many) but I love the look of them. Sometimes its fun to challenge yourself! The plaid paper LF has is gorgeous! Great work!
