Hello! Welcome back to another day of Lawn Fawn Fall & Winter Release week. Today we are showing off the new Shutter Card interactive die. This die cuts all the pieces to make a shutter card and makes this interactive card so easy to create. I have two cards to share today.
My first card is cut from 12×12 pattern paper and utilizes the pattern on both sides of the paper to decorate the outside as well as the inside.
I used the Christmas tree from Christmas Dreams, Bears from Den Sweet Den, and Santa with his sleigh from Ready, Set, Snow.
My second shutter card was inspired by the beautiful ink blended colors the Megan used on her card. I covered the front with kraft cardstock stamped with the Woodgrain Backdrop stamps and ink blended edges.
On the inside, I ink blended Picked Raspberry, Dried Marigold, and Squeezed Lemonade onto the card base cut from Smooth Bristol cardstock. The grass is stenciled using the Grassy Stencil and Lucky Clover distress oxide ink. I used mushrooms from Oh Gnome! paired with Let’s Go Nuts squirrels to create my little scene.
