I was so thrilled to have a the privilage to play with these new stamps and dies to make a few projects to share with you today as Ellen Hutson LLC launches this new line or products.  Also there is a giveaway at the end of my post today so be sure to leave a comment!

TisTheSeason_Santa

I love this super cool santa from the Tis The Season set.  I covered his beard and mustache with white flower soft fluff and used white perfect pearl powder on the christmas light string behind the green circle.

CozyChristmas_sunset

I love the little houses in the Cozy Christmas stamp set.  They make great silhouettes for water color backgrounds.  I stamped these and embossed them on watercolor paper cut using on of the large stitched rectangle dies from Lawn Fawn.  I used distress inks in Scattered Straw, Dried Marigold and Worn Lipstick to watercolor the sky and Peeled Paint for the ground. I sprinkled a little perfect pearls mist in the sky and finished off with natural burlap twine.

CozyChristmas_trees

I really enjoyed the watercoloring so naturally I made two cards with Cozy Christmas and the watercoloring technique.  This card uses Peeled Paint, Tumbled Glass, Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire.  The trees are stamped on the Candy Bar card stock card base in Versamark ink for a tone on tone effect and I finished it off with red burlap twine.

BokehDots

My last card to share today uses the Bokeh Dots stamp set.  For this card I did some gold embossing on   Candy Bar card stock.  I just love the look of that gold embossing on the dark background. I stacked multiple die cuts that I cut with the sentiment included in the Zipper Panel die set to finish my card.

Now for some giveaway fun for you! This new stamp set will go to one lucky winner!  Please leave a comment here by October 8th; winners will be announced October 9th!
