Hello Friends! Stopping in today to share my creation for this weeks Lawnscaping Challenge “Getting Texty” I have been very much enjoying using my Quinn’s ABCs so I decided to use them again and finally get my School House Backdrops inky too. After tossing around many ideas in my head for the background and the sentiment (one which required a number ‘2’, scrap that, no numbers in this set, whoops) I finally settled on a design and really like how it turned out. 🙂
I love the colors. The Hawaiian Shores color from Papertrey Ink is just so lovely and bright! It may be my new favorite color. 🙂 By the way, did you all see Kelly Marie’s post on the Lawn Fawn blog yesterday? I made myself a little glowing haunted house last night after watching her video. I don’t have a tea light yet and I have a couple more ideas to add to the house before I’m ready to share. But you should all go check out her video. A few more things before I go.

I miss numbers in this set too, it'd be great a smaller set with numbers matching "Quinn's ABCs"… Something like "Quinn's 123s" lol

I know what you mean about the number 2 in Quinn's ABCs. I reeeeaallllly wish there were numbers in that set! What a cute card. LOVE the glitter.
This card is fabulous! Love the layout and your homemade patterned paper. I think Kelly welcomes requests, so maybe a mini set of numbers to coordinate with Quinn's???
