Hi Friends,
I know many of you have been sick lately, including me right at Christmas! I don’t remember asking Santa for a head cold! Luckily I managed to recover pretty quick, which is unusual for me. I hope the rest of you that are still sick shake it very, very soon! I made today’s card to give to my Zumba Gold teacher who has been sick almost all of December. I took it to class last week when we had a substitute and got some of my classmates to sign it. I probably won’t be able to get it to her until she is well enough to come back to class but hopefully she will still appreciate the sentiment.
The paper is from the Cosmo Cricket Togetherness Mini Deck that my sweet friend Laurel gave to me. And I finally used the On The Mend set for a get well card (rather than a Halloween one). The images are colored with Copics. Sweet and simple. I made this card while virtual crafting via Google+ hangouts with a few other crafty friends. It was a lot of fun! I don’t have crafty friends that live near me, so it was pretty awesome to talk about things and show things to each other while we worked!
