Hello!
Today I have a fun spin on a get well soon card that uses the new Halloween themed set Fox Costumes. As much as I love Halloween I wanted to find ways to stretch this set past that specific holiday and I think there are many ways to do that. I have previously made a birthday card with the little cupcake fox and I think the bee fox would be great for a “b-day” card as well. But today I am using the little skeleton fox for a Get Well Soon card.
The magic picture changer starts with the regular fox at the doctor’s office with all the little nurse birds and a patient.
When you pull the tab the picture changes to a black and white image of the skeleton fox, like he is getting an x-ray. I had this idea when I first saw this stamp set as a great way to use the set past Halloween and make a fun get well card as too.
I used a mix of Fall Fling and Into the Woods Remix papers to create my Doctor’s office environment. The birds, bandaids, and prescription bottle are from Get Well Before ‘n Afters and the Get Well Soon mini stamp set.
I just think that picture changing to the black and white x-ray skeleton is a fun surprise and sure to make anyone smile. You can see just how I created this card in the video tutorial below or on my YouTube channel.
