Today I have a fun treat project to share. These treat bag toppers are simple to make and have a little extra fun with some tulle added.
The sentiment flags are stamped on vellum and tucked behind the gathering of tulle. I used a zig zag border punch along the edge of the polka dot paper and put orange paper behind it.
