Every Girl is a Princess

So my bundle of goodies from Simon Says Stamp came last week, and in it were a couple stamps from The Greeting Farm I had ordered.  I was excited to try them out so I wasted no time stamping the cute little princess and then coloring her with copics.  But I didn’t have a plan for her then, so I cut her out and propped her up on my shelf for later.  She sat there staring at me waiting for her card to come along… and then this weeks Wee Memories Challenge popped up with the theme “Girls just wanna have fun!”  Perfect!  What is more fun than being a princess!  So here is my card.

… to a very special princess
I used two shades of Bazzill Basics cardstock (Snapdragon & Lupine).  I have quite the stash of purple cardstock left over after the wedding so you will probably be seeing it again.  ðŸ™‚   I like how the princess in her teal dress really stand out against the more subtle purples.
Supplies:
Stamps: The Greeting Farm – Princess Anya, Lawn Fawn – Sophie’s Sentiments & Harold’s ABCs, Hero Arts – Magical Background
Ink:  VersaMark, Memento Tuxedo Black, Jenni Bowlin – Chicken Feed
Other: Copic Markers, Martha Stewart Glitter, DeNami Boutique Buttons, Sheer Ribbon, Embroidery Floss

  1. Cute card, Chari! Your Copic coloring is something I'm extremely jealous of! I tend to get lazy and never shade….now I want to give it another try!

Love that you already broke our your buttons- they looks FAB on this card!
