Essentials By Ellen Holiday Release – Holly Jolly Trees

Hello!

I am back with another card using some of the new Essentials by Ellen holiday release.

I used salvaged patina, peacock feathers and blueprint sketch distress inks to create the ink smooshed background on Distress White Heavystock. The sentiment, and the star, are from the Holly Jolly Christmas stamp set and gold embossed. I used the Holly Jolly Christmas die to cut out pixie dust glitter cardstock for my trees along the bottom.

You can check out the entire new release HERE. Thanks so much for stopping by today!

  1. Hi Chari. on the page for Tiny Christmas, there is a card by you with three little boxes on the front that open up to reveal the Tiny Christmas characters. I was hoping to find directions to make this card. Do you have directions or can you tell me how you made the window flaps? Thanx!! I love your ideas!

    • There are not any posted directions to make this card but I used the Lift the Flaps die to make the parts that open. The presents are cut with a square die that matches the size of the small flaps and the bows are from the Put a Bow on it die set. I hope that helps.
