Hello!
It’s almost Friday and I am so glad, it’s been a busy and rough week for me. So that’s why I’m a little later getting this post up than I wanted to be. Today’s card was made with a messed up piece from Monday’s card. I stamped the hexagons from Studio Calico Taffy Add-on kit and realized I had one row off, so of course being the perfectionist I am I tossed it aside and started again. But I held on to that messed panel and cut it down and made something out of it.
I cut off the parts of the panel that were a mistake and stamped the sentiment in black versafine ink. I cut the sides off after the sentiment was centered. I popped up the center panel which allowed me to wrap some black twine around the the design without interrupting the sentiment panel. I mounted it on a clean white card base and added some stickler to some of the sentiment for some extra interest.
Thanks for stopping by!

This is gorgeous, Chari. Love the colors!
Yay! So pretty. Love the black behind, it really sets off the panel nicely.
That is so pretty and colorful!! I really like how the sentiment is raised in the middle! Thanks for the inspiration!! 🙂
