Cheers to a New Year

Happy 2012 Everyone!

I hope your new year has started off well.  I started mine out by attempting to get back on the my Weight Watchers/Exercise track.  It’s not really a new years resolution just something I have been slacking on lately.  So I was good and logged my points, had Mutligrain Cheerios and a banana for breakfast then got out, even though the temp was in the 30’s, and walked 3 miles around the neighborhood.  I got rid of almost 20 pounds last year, I would love to get rid of 20 more!  This afternoon I seriously cleaned up my craft area and reorganized things a little bit, that will probably last all of a day or so, but at least I tried!

Today I have a cute New Years card to share!

I actually had the idea of putting the toasting glasses from Happliy Ever After in the penguin’s hand awhile back and thought this card would be the perfect opportunity to make that happen.  I think this card might actually hold my record for Lawn Fawn stamp sets used.  I used a grand total of eight different sets! Wow!

2011 brought about many exciting things and I hope 2012 has just as much in store! 🙂  Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you all have a wonderful New Years Day!

  3. I hate to show my ignorance, but how on earth did you make a reverse stamped image? There has been several times I wanted/needed an image to face the other way but didn't know how I could achieve that. This card is adorable.
