Calling all Critters

Today I want to share the card I made for the Lawnscaping Challenge #8 Calling All Critters.  I wanted to do something a little different than a critter scene so when I finally came up with my idea I got Super excited about it! So here is my card…

Don’t you think if you took a nap in a warm sunny field you might wake up to these cute little critters staring down at you?  If you have some critter stamps you really need to play along this week.

Supplies:
Stamps: Lawn Fawn’s Critters in the Burbs, Critters in the Forest  & Say Cheese
Paper: October Afternooon’s Campfire Paper Pad
Ink: Distress Ink (Broken China, Peeled Paint, Tea Dye) Jenni Bowlin (Spice Tin & Soap Powder) Memento Tuxedo Black
Other: Copics, Lemon Drop Twine, Glossy Accents (for shiny noses)

On another note…
Matt and I went to the Biltmore Estate today (since today was my easter holiday).  Here are some pictures I took of the gardens, right now is the festival of flowers and the azaleas are at their peak!  Beautiful!  It was overcast when we arrived so my pictures aren’t as sunny as I wanted, but hopefully they will still bring you all some springy happiness! 🙂

  2. Oh dear Chari! Your card definitely lived up to my expectations. It's so wonderful! I love all of the layers and the colors work amazingly well together. You rocked it. 🙂 And as for the pictures you shared of your trip to the Biltmore Estate: wow! If the pictures are that gorgeous on a cloudy day, I can imagine how gorgeous everything looked in person. So pretty! Thanks for sharing.
