Hello Friends.
I created this card awhile go when working ahead on videos. I love the quote and feel like the message it gives is one we could all benefit from right now. This card is pretty simple, using alphabet stamps to create a the quote and a simple image to illustrate the words.
I white embossed all the letters on Blue Jay cardstock. The light bulb is lightly colored with colored pencils to keep it nice and bright with a glowing filament.
I inked behind the light bulb with yellow oxide ink to create a lovely glow. I also die cut the sun from the Spring Showers die set and layered it behind for some light rays. I added flecks of gold watercolor to the background and finished it off with a few die-cut stars.
